BY-LAWS

Article I: RESPECT

Section 1: Terrain Stompers is an organization that is about having a good time and bringing people together who share a common interest. Terrain Stompers will not tolerate negative behavior/attitudes that could give the club a bad reputation.

Section2: Terrain Stompers’ members are expected to be respectful of each other as well as people we interact with at club events. Any member who acts disrespectful to another member and/or to the general public will be subject to dismissal.

Article II: DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

Section 1: Terrain Stompers has a “ 2 strikes you’re out ” policy. A verbal warning will be issued by a committee member to let the member know what the problem is and address the issue. If the verbal  warning does not remedy the situation, we will have all other Terrain Stompers’ members cast votes on whether or not the member in question should be dismissed. If there would happen to be a tie in voting, the committee members will be the tie-breakers.

Section 2: If a Terrain Stompers’ member is dismissed, they will be asked respectfully to no longer participate in any more club functions. All info about dismissed member will be removed from website/message board. The dismissed member will also be asked to remove the club name vinyl from his/her vehicle immediately after dismissal.

Article III: DUES

Section1: Terrain Stompers’ dues are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a member no longer wishes to be a part of the club and/or is dismissed due to members voting him/her out, dues will NOT be refunded.

Section2: Terrain Stompers dues are subject to change. Members will be notified in advance of any changes regarding annual membership dues.
